Bio: Hello and welcome to my page. I am Lamont (LA) Eubanks and I am happy you stopped in. I am currently an instructor for the Air Force Junior Reserves Officer Training Corps, commonly referred to as AFJROTC. I have been teaching in this position for the past nine years and intend to continue as an instructor and or Instructional designer. The courses I teach are described as life skills lessons, which are needed currently and after my students, referred to as cadets graduate. The courses currently available are aerospace science (AS) and leadership education (LE), which I specialize in the LE curricula. I also serve as a liaison between the Air Force and civilian agencies in the aerospace field, I also conduct counseling for AFJROTC cadets. I help plan and support activities like military balls, cadet competitions, cadet newspaper production, military ceremonies and charitable activities. I provide instruction in drill and ceremonies and in the principles of leadership and management. As an instructor, I devote myself to the cadets, both in the classroom and outside the class during extracurricular activities. Educationally, I have earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Professional Studies, from the University of Mary Washington and I am currently in the final stages of my Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology, from Walden University. Part of the requirements for my capstone, is the creation of this e-portffolio which is to showcase all the work that has been accomplished toward meeting the objectives needed for award of my degree.
